And we don’t mean foods. Find other ways to find joy and pleasure and entertainment in your life outside of food—and especially sugary foods. Take a hike, go for a bike ride or ride your bike to work, do some yoga, see a new movie, readand get a new book. In our culture, food is everywhere, but sometimes we need to focus on enjoyment outside of food—this is a great opportunity to try new things.
