Art Season 2019 arrives with impressive vim and vigour to Dubai Design District (d3), a destination dedicated to all the disciplines of design. The venue has organised an extensive programme of activities to mark the period including temporary displays by artists from around the world.
In Atrium 6, see works by Mexican painter and craftsman Bernardo Rosendo. He is considered one of the most important artists in Olinala, a Mexican city located in the State of Guerrero. He has launched his first exhibition in the region to shed a spotlight on works that rescue and promote the art landscape of Olinala.
Building 7 is hosting works by three Latin-American artists who will also be showcasing at Art Dubai and Tashkeelâ€™s art residency programme. Peruse works by Nicanor Araoz, a multidisciplinary artist from Argentina, Rodolpho Parigi, a Brazilian figurative and abstract artist, and Luiz Roque, a visual artist also from Brazil.
