Mum-of-three and model Danielle Lloyd is back in shape and looks fabulous just 10 months after giving birth to her third son George, so we’re looking to her for advice and she’s more than happy to share her secrets.
The wife of footballer Jamie O’Hara posted a picture on Instagram of her latest workout on a body shape machine which offers an overall body workout through vibrations.
Danielle said, “Love my first go on the body shape machine!! Burnt 1500 calories in 30mins today sorting out my legs and stomach after all that vodka and wine in Vegas.”
Meanwhile, Hollyoaks actress Gemma Merna shared a snap on her Instagram of herself on the treadmill.
We know what you’re thinking, a boring half an hour run on a machine just isn’t going to get you motivated, but Gemma is taking running to the next level with tabata style training.
This consists of interval sprints with breaks in between, and the Hollyoaks star uses it for fat burning.
