Abbey Clancy appeals to fans and offers cash reward for stolen guitar

Abbey Clancy has offered a cash reward for a prized guitar after her brother and his band Judas played a gig in a London pub.

The Liverpool model made a public plea on Twitter for the vintage Gibson 335 guitar, which she believes was stolen from a pub in Camden.

It is believed that Abbey’s husband and former Liverpool player Peter Crouch returned to the The Fiddler’s Elbow with his wife’s older brother John Clancy earlier today to try to trace the instrument. It is thought it went missing after band’s finished their gig.

Meanwhile Abbey, from Croxteth Park, appealed to anyone who was at the venue and may have any information.

The 28-year-old wrote on Twitter: “CASH REWARD vintage Gibson 335 guitar stolen from the fiddlers elbow camden last night very sentimental please help.”

The former Strictly Come Dancing champion said she was upset as the expensive electric guitar, believed to have been in a soft black guitar case, was irreplaceable.

She told her 340,000 Twitter followers: “Not bothered about the price of the guitar it’s very sentimental that’s why I want it back CASH REWARD for anyone who can get it back x”

And later she thanked fans for their support, saying: “Thank you for all your lovely tweets.”
