Kim Cattrall may be reuniting with her Sex And The City co-stars for one last movie.
The Liverpool-born actress could shoot another instalment of the famous HBO series after her co-star Sarah Jessica Parker teased a third film is in the works.
Dropping a huge hint, the actress, who plays Carrie Bradshaw, posted a photo of herself carrying a Bloomingdale’s iconic brown bag in New York.
She captioned it: “Well. I guess the cat’s out of the (little brown bag). As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I’m under strict gag order until then. XX, Sj.”
Sex and the City was aired by HBO for six seasons until it finished in 2008. The first feature film appeared in 2008, followed by a less popular sequel in 2010.
Speculation over a trilogy blew up after Sarah and co-star Kristin Davis, who plays Charlotte, sent a series of tweets to one another last October.
Mossley Hill-born Kim has also shared her thoughts on a potential third feature film, saying she took the rumours as “terrific compliments.”
The actress told Grazia back in November last year: “In all the cases in the previous of two films there was long periods of rumours and speculation and then they happened.
“I think it would be a really wonderful reunion. All four of us are so busy and doing our own projects, having children…but when we do get together it feels like no time has passed and we’ve always had that great chemistry.”
Kim, 58, is certainly busy as her TV series, Sensitive Skin, is coming back for a second season.
She retweeted a photograph of herself in front of the camera and wrote: “Camera test 2day. @KimCattrall We start filming next week.”
