Tina Malone gets MORE liposuction days after reporting trolls to the police

Tina Malone has been spotted going for more cosmetic work, just days after reporting body-shaming trolls to the police.

The former Shameless actress often gets cruel tweets directed at her and usually laughs them off, but on New Year’s Eve the 53-year-old was seen visiting Huyton police station to report those who’ve targeted her on social media.

In the past six years Tina has lost 12.5 stone, after undergoing gastric band surgery, and has dropped to a tiny size six.

But the mum-of-two seems to be on a mission to lose even more weight, after being spotted visiting Liverpool Lipo on Rodney Street for the second time.

It’s believed Tina was undergoing a procedure on her legs, during this occasion.

Wearing a pair of tight grey leggings and knee high boots, Tina accentuated her tiny waist with a belt cinching in her striped top.

Keen to keep a low profile the actress wore a hat and sunglasses as she seemed less than her usual smiley self.

Tina was last seen out in the city in early December after she underwent a ‘fat freezing’ at the same Rodney Street clinic.

The fat freeze belts are recommended to further compliment clinical cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatments to enhance results and can also be used as a stand alone application.

The belt means people can perform fat freezing in the comfort and privacy of their own home but the belts require a 30 day commitment for similar results to one 3D cryolipolysis machine treatment.

2017 is also set to be a busy year for the actress as she plans to renew her wedding vows to husband Paul.
