Danielle Lloyd has revealed she was rushed to hospital after fearing she’d gone into early labour.
The mum-of-three was admitted, after doctors became concerned she wouldn’t be able to carry her unborn baby full term.
The Liverpool model, 33, revealed all about her harrowing ordeal in her OK Column.
Danielle said: “Basically, the doctors did a load of tests – I’m really prone to water infections so I thought it could be that – but instead they said I had some protein in my urine and some blood, so they were worried and put me on antibiotics, which can cause you to go into pre-term labour.
“I thought ‘oh god I’m going to have this baby’, I could just feel something was wrong, you know your own body.
“Since I’ve had the tablets though I’ve felt a bit better. I feel more reassured now, and as the weeks go by I feel happier because he’s stayed in there longer.”
Danielle is due at the end of August, but her middle son Harry came 10 weeks earlier – causing doctors to monitor her closely.
Danielle said: “After my pregnancy with Harry – he came ten weeks early – I did go full term with George, which I think is why they haven’t been so worried about me.
“I was kept an eye on throughout my pregnancy with George, so maybe that’s why I went full term with him.
“I’ve just got to listen to my body really, if I think something’s wrong or get pains again then I’ll go back.
“I fully thought I was in labour last week, they did a test where they take a swab and can tell if you’re going to go into labour in the next four days. I was so nervous waiting, but thankfully they said I’m going to be ok.”
