Fuming Abbey Clancy tells Peter Crouch “don’t come home” over ‘tattoo’

Abbey Clancy was left fuming with Peter Crouch and told him not to come home after a tattoo prank.

To celebrate the return of That Peter Crouch Podcast, the former Liverpool player decided to have a joke about getting inked at Abbey’s expense – and she wasn’t impressed.

Former England striker Crouch, 38, pretended to get a tattoo of himself (looking very different) doing his famous robot celebration, accompanied by the slogan ‘Back stronger’.

He openly admitted it was “possibly the worst tattoo anyone has ever seen” and said wife Abbey would be far from impressed, adding: “She is going to be fuming – I hope she goes for it.”

After the fake tattoo was added, Crouch decided it was time to broach the subject with his wife on FaceTime, the Mirror Online reports.

With the camera crew behind him, Crouch asked: “I have just done something. Promise me you won’t go mental?”

Abbey refuses to do so before the big reveal sparks a stunned reaction.

She said: “Oh my god. You are joking. Who is that person on it? That is you about 25 stone heavier.”

Crouch attempts to justify his artwork: “My two favourite things in the world are the podcast and the robot. I thought it would be funny.”

But Abbey is having none of it, she said: “You will look like a d*** on the beach so that is down to you.

“If that is on your arm, don’t come home.”
