Love Island’s Dom Lever said Marcel and Gabby are “as genuine as it gets” as he spoke at the British Style Collective today.
The reality star appeared at the Lasula stand at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre and chatted all things Love Island.
Dom left Jess back at home, but he said the couple are now official and things were going from strength to strength.
Speaking to the ECHO he said: “It’s been absolutely manic since I left the villa, but it’s nothing but love so I’m buzzing.
“It’s amazing being back with Jess, it’s the best time of my life so far, I waited two weeks too long to see that girl and I’m making up for it now.
“As soon as I got back and saw her we made it official, it was the first question I asked her – so it’s great.
“She’s at an event in London today, but I’ll be back with her tomorrow and I can’t wait to see her.”
Speaking about his fellow islanders Dom said he hoped his best friends Chris and Liv would win the show.
He said: “I want Chris and Liv to win, cus they’re my closest mates in there, but I actually think Montana will win, I think people really like her.”
On the villa power couple Gabby and Marcel he said: “I think they’re as genuine as it gets in there, obviously it’s difficult to really know.
“But how they act day to day I’d say it’s pretty genuine.”
