FLAMIN’ HOT MOZZ STICKS



I’d like to say this whole Cheetos thing has gotten out of control, but this recipe not only makes sense to do, but also is a great recipe for mozzarella sticks substituting flaming hot Cheetos in place of Italian bread crumbs. I sure hope you lovely people at home try this one out because it is quite possibly the best mozzarella stick I’ve ever had.

Hot Cheetos Sticks

Prep: 5 minutes
Deep Fry @ 350°F: 2 minutes​, 34 seconds

Equipment:
• Deep Fryer: http://amzn.to/1MRHIG5
• Food Processor: http://amzn.to/1M9eyFc

Ingredients:
• Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella)
• Flaming Hot Cheetos
• Flour
• Franks Red Hot
• Eggs
• Milk
• Cayenne Pepper
• Paprika
• Chili Powder

Directions:

1.) Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better)

2.) Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder

3.) Wet Mix: 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/4 Cup Franks Red Hot

4.) Coat Cheese Stick in Dry, then in Wet, back in Dry, back in Wet and then into the Hot Cheetos

TIP: Don’t touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the
bowl to coat the Cheese Stick

5.) Freeze these for 30 minutes minimum

6.) Deep Fry @ 350°F for 2 minutes and 34 seconds
This should be the perfect amount of time if you’re exactly 350°F
