Vanderbilt launches multiyear agreements with select vendors for promotional products, awards


Vanderbilt University recently launched new multiyear agreements with a select group of vendors to supply all promotional products and awards to departments and student organizations at Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, effective July 1.


These vendors participated in an extensive request for proposal (RFP) process for Vanderbilt to obtain the best possible combination of pricing and service for the VU and VUMC communities, and to ensure that Vanderbilt’s brand identity is properly represented on merchandise produced for internal use. Faculty, students and staff can now choose from any one of the following new and existing licensed vendors to purchase promotional products and awards:
