Senate resolution says Saudi crown prince 'complicit' in Khashoggi murder

A bipartisan group of six senators introduced a non-binding resolution Wednesday stating that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was "complicit" in the October killing of activist Jamal Khashoggi at the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul.
