Immigration Practice Clinic students support communities disproportionately affected by COVID-19

Three Vanderbilt Law School students with the school’s Immigration Practice Clinic assisted in drafting Nashville Metropolitan Council Resolution RS2020-433, which supports immigrant communities disproportionately affected by COVID-19. The resolution addresses an increase in discrimination and harassment against Asian and Pacific Islanders that has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, and highlights the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on the Latinx and African American communities.
