Mushroom steak

A steak dish is one of the most delicious meat dishes , and from my lady's kitchen we serve you a mushroom and cream steak dish prepared by Mrs. Sahar Al Sherif. My foot steak with mushrooms and precious to your loved ones and your opinion Join us in it.


- Steak: 4 pieces
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter: 4 tbsp
- olive oil: large spoon
- mushrooms: cupan (fresh and sliced)
- cream: 300 ml (liquid)
- Garlic: Vsan (mashed)

How to prepare

1. Heat two tablespoons of butter with a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Place the steak in the pan and mix with salt and black pepper.
3. Stimulate the milk for 10 minutes until browned and simmer.
4. Lift the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
5. Heat the rest of the butter in the pan and add the mushrooms and my heart until it becomes brown and then reduce the fire.
6. Add the cream and black pepper and leave the mixture until boiling and leave it on fire for 5 - 8 minutes with stirring from time to time.
7. Add the mashed garlic and my heart for a minute and then lift it off the fire.
8. Place the steak in the serving dish and mix the sauce and mushroom mixture and serve it hot with boiled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
