3 ways to keep leafy vegetables as long as possible
The housewife often suffers from the fact that leafy vegetables (parsley, dill and watercress) wither quickly, bear only a day or two and then tarnish their leaves. This is the way for housewives to keep these leaves as large as possible.
- After being bought, wash well, leave it to dry in the air, then wrap it with a damp cloth, place it in a sealed plastic box, and take them as needed.
- It can be washed, cut, placed in a plastic bag and then stored in a freezer.
- Put them potted with water, in the refrigerator, change the water every two days.
