The dish was prepared by Mrs. Margo Copti specially prepared for my lady's kitchen
- Eggplant: 1 kilo (peeled and sliced circles)
- Mutton: 1 kg (with bone)
- Rice: 1 kg
- Chicken broth: 3 cubes
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon - Seasoned
spices: 1 teaspoon
- Hill: a teaspoon
- Obesity: two tablespoons
- Water: 10 cups
- Corn oil: rich (fried eggplant)
- almond: cup (fried, for decoration)
How to prepare
1. Fry the eggplant until it becomes golden.
2. Climb the meat until it ripens.
3. Soak the rice for half an hour.
4. To the extent, put pieces of meat, fried eggplant, and a little water, sprinkle spices and salt, and leave the meat to boil.
