Ingredients

- beef beef steak: 500 grams
- vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- green pepper: 1 grain (minced)
- Tomato: Box (mashed)
- Starch: 4 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 1 cube (or meat broth)
- Broccoli: cup (small ribbons)
- soy sauce: one quarter cup
- garlic powder: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger: half teaspoon (crushed)
- Water: 2 cups
- Basmati rice: Cup
- Green onion: Oud (minced / for decoration)

How to prepare

1. Cut the steak into thin, long strips
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and add the meat and heart until it is half-ripe
3. Add the green pepper and my heart until the meat is brown
4. Heat the heat and add the mashed tomatoes and soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, ground ginger and heart, then cover the pan and leave on fire for 5 minutes
5. Dissolve the starch and the gravy cube in water, add the mixture to the meat and cover the pan and leave it for another 10 minutes on the fire
6. When the sauce thickens, put out the fire and add the broccoli
7. To prepare the rice, boil 2 cups water in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon salt, add the rice and leave to boil. Reduce the heat and leave for 30 minutes until rice is cooked.
8. Place the rice on the side of the steak with the sauce and sprinkle with green onions
