- Veal: 500 grams (cubes of boiled and boiled cubes)
- Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp.
- Meat broth: 4 cups (beef broth)
- Rosemary: 1 teaspoon (dried)
- Parsley: 1 teaspoon (dried)
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Potatoes: 3 pieces (medium cubes)
- Carrots: 4 pieces (circle cut)
- Tomato: 3 pieces (peeled and finely chopped)
- Celery: 4 sticks (minced)
- Onion: 1 grain (minced)
- Starch: 2 teaspoons
- cold water: 2 teaspoons
How to prepare
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stirring until the meat is browned.
2. Add the onion, celery and heart for 3 minutes.
3. Add carrots, potatoes, rosemary, salt, black pepper, dried parsley and heart.
4. Add the tomatoes and broth, and mix on the fire until it starts to boil.
5. Reduce the heat and cover the pot and leave for 30 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are cooked.
6. Mix the starch with cold water and mix over the pot and heart and leave on fire for 15 minutes until the broth thickens.
7. Feet hot with pepper rice.
