How to prepare

1. In a deep saucepan, sauté onions in oil over low heat until golden.
2. Add the meat over the onions and stir well.
3. When the flesh tends to brown, add spices, salt and mashed garlic.
4. Add the tomatoes and the tomato paste dissolved in water, leave the pot on medium heat; until the meat ripens, then add the potatoes and carrots, and leave them on low heat; until the vegetables are cooked.
